    Ex-England cricketer, Fleming played for Kent County Cricket Club for 14 years, Captained them for four, chaired the Professional Cricketers Association before his spell with the national team.  He retired in 2002 and is now a Partner in Stonehage Fleming. He is President of the MCC in 2017, Chairman of Cricket at the MCC,  is a Director of the ECB and has travelled to Kabul and Jalalabad to build cricket pitches.
